Al Weersink, a professor in the Department of Food, Agricultural & Resource Economics, will be on the CBC news program The National tonight talking about the reasons behind rising food prices. His comments are scheduled to precede a news report about a meeting on the same subject called by the International Monetary Fund. Don't think this will be picked up by international news. The daughter of a Norwegian politician took a scientology personality-test. The results of the test were that she was: Irresponsible, overly critical, severely depressed and without harmony. A couple of hours later she took her own life, leaving a death note apologizing for her "failures".
